Colorado Home Inspections
» Serving Littleton, Colorado

At Colorado Home Inspections, we are professionals who meet and exceed the ASHI Standards of Practice for Building and Home Inspections.

We thoroughly inspect the condition of the building or home to determine that all the systems and components are performing properly and to address any safety needs.

Our inspection is a "walking and talking" approach. We believe in explaining the functions of the many different systems and components of the homes and buildings. Observations and opinions of both the positive and negative aspects of the property are presented in an appropriate manner. We believe in letting the property "speak for itself". Call or E-Mail us to request a home inspection.
